Tim Penick, President, Founder
Tim Penick, President and Founder of Embedded Resource Group, offers over 12 years of focused experience supporting projects in the "high tech" R&D engineering and consulting industry. Mr. Penick holds a Bachelors of Science Degree in Management with a specialization in Human Resources. Mr. Penick gained his experience as a key contributor in two of the nations largest and most respected engineering consulting organizations. Prior to establishing Embedded Resource Group, Mr. Penick held numerous positions including branch and district manager with responsibility for business development and maintenance for the Northern California region. His contributions were recognized and Mr. Penick was asked to serve as a Chairman's Board member for one year at his most recent employer where he was involved in strategy of a $1.2 billion multi- national engineering services organization. As an established and well respected professional, Mr. Penick has been instrumental in building and overseeing multi-million dollar consulting practices in the Silicon Valley and the San Francisco Bay Area. At Embedded Resource Group, Inc., in addition to his executive oversight role, Mr. Penick is directly involved in business development and "world class" service delivery.
John Sedivy, Director Client and Engineering Services
John Sedivy has over 15 years of Professional Service experience providing a variety of engineering and technology related solutions for Fortune 1000 companies and small startups. Mr. Sedivy’s goal is to ensure all of ERG’s clients are provided with highest quality service by listening to our clients and providing them with the best solution. Johns passion is working with organizations to define strategic objectives and implement a result-oriented sales and resource plan to meet stated business objectives. As Director of Client and Engineering Services it John’s goal to ensure all clients have an exceptional experience when working with the Embedded Resource Group.
Tyler Martin, Director of Finance and Operations.
As Director of Finance and Operations for Embedded Resource Group, Inc., Mr. Martin is responsible for managing and directing all aspects of accounting, finance, human resources, and operations. Mr. Martin is a CPA with 15+ years of experience; he brings a broad range of accounting and management experience to Embedded Resource Group and is instrumental in shaping internal and external financial systems, policies, procedures and reporting practices.
